Further Images from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic US Congress Members
Development plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Furthermore included in this recent document disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and includes a key labelling distinct areas of the estate.
In addition to this are what look to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, including layouts for boat shelters.
